Founded by attorney Sylvia “Noel” White and joined by her husband and law partner Jack White, we’re proud to be a family-run law practice that values relationships as much as results.
Meet Our Attorneys
Thoughtful Planning, Trusted Guidance
With over three decades of legal experience, Noel White has dedicated her career to helping clients plan ahead, protect their loved ones, and find clarity during difficult times. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from Mercer University, she went on to graduate from Stetson University College of Law in 1989.
Noel focuses her practice on estate planning, wills, living wills, health care surrogate forms, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, trust administration. She is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Known for her calm, compassionate approach, Noel works closely with each client to create customized legal plans that reflect their unique goals and give their families peace of mind. She also enjoys speaking to community groups about estate planning, probate, and trust administration to help others understand how proactive planning can make a real difference.
Noel and Jack have been married since 1990 and have two children. Practicing law together has been a longtime dream—and one they now share in service to the community they love.
Practical Solutions, Steady Support
A Clearwater native, Jack White brings more than 25 years of litigation experience to the firm, along with a strong sense of local pride and client-first service. After graduating from Clearwater High School, he earned degrees from St. Petersburg Junior College and the University of South Florida, followed by his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993.
Jack joined the firm in 2019, fulfilling his and Noel’s shared dream of practicing law together. His background includes handling a variety of legal matters, including civil appeals, personal injury, construction disputes, and criminal matters. Jack currently limits litigation to probate and trust disputes. With a focus on resolving disputes efficiently and effectively, Jack brings a calm and practical perspective to each case he handles.
Whether helping a client prepare for the future or navigate a legal challenge, Jack is deeply committed to delivering honest advice, thoughtful solutions, and strong advocacy.
